Alright going to make this quick and easy:

Subtitles aren't great, but understandable. its more like a grammar problem and misspellings through part 2, they subtitling either got better, or I got used to them (although I think its both). [Audio] quality is good and so is video.  Opening and Endings are cut off except for the First episode on each disc which has the opening and the last episode on each disk has the ending. 

Character names are different too (Chinese Translations) (Gon = Gan, Leorio = NeoLeo) to name a few.
